Joh 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
Joh 6:52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?
Joh 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
Joh 6:54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
Joh 6:55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
Joh 6:56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
Joh 6:57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

The Holy Gail is said to be the cup that held his blood!

Is this why Jesus's body was never found?

Yes, excellent concept. Glad to see that someone is thinking outside the box of jackbooted dogma.

>>>Clearly they took what he said litteraly! >>>

Yes, they did take him literally. That's why we have the Eucharist and the Mass. See the Gospel accounts of the Last Supper.

>>>Is this why Jesus's body was never found?>>>

No. It's because He ascended into Heaven some 40 days after the Resurrection.

Jesus gave his flesh to eat in the sense a disciple makes Jesus part of himself.

A disciple glorified God, leaning on the work of Jesus on the cross believing for eternal life and 'eats His flesh and drinks his blood' by looking to Jesus for salvation and for strength to change

its not a wooden literal meaning

Do you know that Jesus lived in India? Read the book "Jesus Lived in India" by the German Rev. Holger Kersten. It is full of living evidence and scientific proof.

(1) The 12 year old boy Jesus was seen questioning priests and they (the observers) identified this boy has special talents. So they took him to East along the Silk Road. He was raised in Tibet and must be grasping very fast their meditations and magical performances called 'irdhi'. One with a higher level of mind can do miracles.

(2) Jesus was in Tibet during his early years. His special capabilities must have helped to achieve a higher state of mind with Buddhist teachings.

(3) His magical performances like walking on water were commonly practiced by Buddhist monks.

(4) After his Crucifixion he did not die on the cross. Instead he only fell unconscious. Blood patterns on the cloth covered him proves that his heart was functioning after he was brought down from the cross.

(5) It is true that he was seen after Crucifixion. He came to his followers secretly before he left for East. He obviously could not appear in public due to the risk of recapture.

(6) He lived a peaceful life there as St. Issa and died a natural death at old age. His tomb still exists in Kashmir.

There's no mystery at all about what happened to his body.

Jesus rose from the dead and appeared to over 500 witnesses, before he ascended 40 days later, body and all, to heaven.

Jesus and his disciples were religious Jewish men who were anxiously awaiting the coming of Moshiach. Human flesh is not kosher, he was not shechted, and you cannot eat blood of an animal. So if your question was anything other than an attempt to insult Christian sensibilities, you managed also to insult Jewish ones also.

Does that make you very pleased with yourself?

Thought so.

Yea, but when the body was missing , the disciples seemed surprised as well, if they had eaten him wouldn't they just have said, "we ate him already". it's an interesting thought though.
