We share the same issue, but of different situation...I'm already a newly Registered Nurse(R.N.,NCLEX-R.N.), but my passion to become a pilot (Air force) is still burning, the calling to soar the open skies like an eagle and feel the wind rushing against my face like an adrenaline rush as you go up high and high still haunts me after all these years-a feeling that would always excite and inspire me to further pursue my childhood dream to be also an aviator. At present I'm moving on to make that dream a reality, I already gave up many opportunities in nursing just like migrating to the USA, because I do believe that it isn't God's calling on what He wanted me to do far more than caring the sick, scrubbing for the surgeon or becoming an angel in the sick room ...I would suggest that you must follow your heart, reassess youself if nursing is really for you (or maybe you just took nursing because your tito, tita or family/relatives in the USA told you to do so); try to make intelligent decisions & choices that in the end you would never regret and make you really happy...I hope that would help...GOODLUCK!!

Why not do both? Certainly the Air Force has medical programs as well and employs nurses and doctors. Have you spoken with a recruiter? What are your job prospects? Does your school's career center have a good success rate of finding graduates jobs? If you do not feel certain that you are going to find a job, why not join the Air Force and continue in your health career there?

I think you have a lot of options, and you can probably make a better informed decision after speaking with an AF recruiter and your career services staff.

Best of luck to you!

If you're an American, then you'd meant US Air Force. Nothing wrong with being a soldier, but you see, soldiers have to obey orders.

Now ask yourself this, with Bush as your president, are you sure you want to do that?

No need to answer that in a hurry. Take your time. Digest that question. Sleep on it. Think about what he's been doing to millions of people, Americans or others. Then ask yourself again, are you sure you WANT to do that?

which would you like more in both of them. do what you like, if you ask others they tell you what they like. So... do what seems better for you. And i belive you can decide what you need B'coz you are a B.Sc studentent.
