its been more resistance at my place as its 1st intercast for me. there have been communication gaps as well. So both parties said if other says yes then we are ready too. But this 1 yr of yes - no resulted bad reputation of mine in my GF heart. now all parents are ready and want this marrige, but my GF is not? suggest me what to do?

Be calm. Most people get nervous about marriage. It's a big step and probable the most important decision you have to make. It is obvious that you want to marry your GF. Her having doubts does not mean that she too does not feel the same. What you need to do, is to reassure her. Preparing for weddings can be tiring and distracting. Call her up and the two of you go somewhere nice and private. Plan a dinner or lunch, a walk anything that allow you guys to talk and express your fears, feelings etc. With the pressure off, she is bound to be relaxed. Good luck!

i'm a little confused, but i'm gonna try and help. this marriage, it's about the 2 of you. if you want it to work out, go see someone who can help you guys figure out if this is right for you. it's not about your families, so ignore them for now. it's not going to be fun if this ends up in a divorce in 2 years. so talk to a marriage counselor or advisor from your church. they're trained to help with the pre-wedding feelings. she might also just not be ready. you can always wait and marry later when you BOTH know that it's the right time.
