Well lets see here, I like this guy at school at course. He constantly stares at me over and over again. Even once he smiled at me. In Math, no matter if I just took my cell phone out of my pocket his friend would tell him that I'm starring at him, even though I really wasn't. I just can't choose if he likes, unless I have dead proof. What do you think? Any other additional advice?

sound to me like he's def interested, try to wave hi once or just to pass him and say good mornin/afternoon. if he likes u back he'll probably do something back to u or ask u out.
he might b holding in the same palce u r, not sure if u like him or not.
what can u lose already? just make sure that u know that there is a slight chance that he doesn't like u so that if nothing comes of it you r not crazy dissapointed

How old are you?
I think his friend likes you, but he's shy, so he tells the other one you like him, hoping the other one will say "No, you idiot, she like's you." Then, he might get the balls to make a move on you.
or I could be wrong.

Just completely ignore him, ignore the fact that he is even there. It is a good feeling to do so and just move on with your life.

He does like looking at you and may like you just start up some casual conversations with him.

it is not enough that he stares at you. it is not a proof. i wish you could spend more time together so we could tell if he is really interested to you or not....
