If it were any good, they would have filmed "Where The Boys Are" there, instead of in Fort Lauderdale.

Its pretty quiet. The main season is from Memorial Day to about Labor Day weekend. The ocean would still be way to cold to swim in and many of the shops and restaurants are seasonal.
