i'm eating them in order to rid of constipation, is it likely to work?

prunes work well, and any form of fiber with lots of water. Apples and carrots have a lot of fiber. But be sure to drink lots of water. Eight glasses a day on average.

yes for carrots and raisins. however, apples are not good for preventing or stopping constipation since it is a starchy fruit. better, switch to a diet that has a lot of fiber. i recommend green vegetables and pineapples...these will really work!

apples and raisins may loosen the bowels a bit. I'm not sure about carrots. I recommend Metamucil and avoiding dairy products, but I admit that I'm probably quite ignorant on this topic.

might but dried prunes might be better....
