i love a girl from the depth of my heart. we're real close friends and i like to be with her. im happy when i'm with her no past no future just the moment.....we're both in ninth grade and i was thinking of proposing her to be my girlfriend...i hope she feels the same way about me (she gave me little hints)

yeah ask her! go for it buddy! just do NOT tell her you love her yet. one of my really close guy friends told me that and it was just a little creepy. ask her out first and wait a while before you tell her you are in love with her.
