No matter how many alarm clocks, resolutions , eating less at night .... the bottom line is that I am not able to wake up on time at all..

This has gotten in my mind so much so that I am getting paranoid abt sleeping in the first place.. I am overweight so lethargy could be a problem , but still even to combat weight, I need to wake up early so that I can exercise..

I am even scared that my boss could fire me..Its getting on my nerves.. Pls help , I am feeling very low of myself

you may have a problem that goes beyond not being able to wake up. Do you snore? if you are overweight you may be having trouble breathing and so your body is not getting real sleep because you might be waking up everyso often just to breath. If there is anybody who sleeps near you, ask them if you snore, or stop breathing in the night. You might try going to your doctor and asking about a sleep-study.
My trick to wake up is just the opposite of another answer- I always drink three big glasses of water in the hour before I go to bed. It is soooo hard to sleep in when I have to pee in the morning.

I also had this in past & acc. to the best way to wake up in early
morning is to drink less water before sleeping & as a result
your body will demand more water in morning & you will wake up. I HOPE THIS WILL SURELY HELP YOU.It is my personel experience

You could embrace this and get a night time job, job at home, or no job

Or you could spend your time stress busting, the candles/reading is good, and pets are great for it too. I think that would help quite a bit

Ya just gotta get ta bed earlier. Start doin it as a habit. Your waking habits will eventually catch up.

when u set up ur alarm keep it in place where u can hear it but cant reach it. this should force u to wake up to switch it off

go to bed earlier, dont watch tv to fall asleep.
there are services that call and wake you up, so you have to answer your phone.
