What's in Mona Lisa Pink Soap?

I just bought a bottle of Mona Lisa Pink Soap to clean off my brushes that I use for oil painting and for some reason i can't find out what it's made out of! It works great but I'm just interested what's in it and how safe it is that I clean my brushes by hand. Anyone know??

Contains no chlorides, alkalis, phosphates, solvents, or alcohol.
