it is not always known why our heart has such different feelings then what our head tells us too. i have been in the same situation as your girlfriend and trust me it is not the easiest thing in the world. but....... it is possible to love someone and have feelings for another. you just have to remember that she LOVES you! and what she decides in the end will be up to her.... i had feelings for someone and i loved my bf, but in the end love won and i am still with my bf. it is difficult when i see that person every now and then but my sensibility tells me to walk away....
give her time, she will come around.

I guess it's normal. You should do more to her but dont too much or you might turned her up. 1 thing important, u should love, care ,and believe each other. And no lie! although it hurts, u should honest all the time.
