What is the best "pocket sized" camera that uses AA batteries? I'm looking for something well made, easy to use, takes decent pictures indoors. What do you think or what would you recommend I do?

I like the AA batteries because you can easily get them if you run out and do not have your charger, and if you buy good rechargeable AA batteries they do last a good amount of time on a charge.

I think you should get a camera that doesn't take AA batteries. I had a samsung digi max -I think that is what it was, and I had to keep recharging batteries all the time and also using batteries. I got a kodak camera with a cr30 or something and it doesn't loose energy like the AA's--Just my opinion

Olympus and Canon both have cameras that use AA, which I think is a great idea.

Rechargables are rated, like 1500, 1900, 2300, 2400 mah. The larger the number, the longer your batteries will last.

Look at dpreview.com to help you select which camera you'll want.
