I was at that stage about a 3 weeks ago and it lasted about 3 months!! This was because I was too nervous >insert rationale for not speaking< to approach him. One of you is going to have to do it; why not you? Flirting is usually a signal of mutual attraction, so take the chance and speak with him. You can also give him your phone number and then it would be up to him to call you. If you've never really interacted with him before, this first interaction doesn't need to be extended or "deep." Just something to let him know that you really are interested and not leading him on. Maybe a "how are you doing?" "i've seen you around, but never really talked to you. my name is..." or "so how was your day?" or "such and such was really __________." buenos suertes ;)

tell him u enjoy these connecton, but u would like to take this to a personal level of getting to know him. tell him u r interested and what u like about him. express that u hope he isn't playing mnd games and if u 2 can't make another connection besides flirting then it needs to stop
