I get this always every year during winter time.

What i do is first go to the drug store get yourself what is called Sulfur soap.. They do sell this at your local drug store.. try CVS or KMart for about a dollar.
They have this kept with oatmeal scrubs and all avacado soap etc...

then get yourself the self micro dermabrasion by neutrogena.. i think its about 30 bucks... follow the directions for a week with neutrogena...

Then everytime after you did ur neutrogena thing... use the sulfur soap and rinse your skin, it will dry... and kill off all bacteria..

After that rinse with a cleanser to get rid of the smell.... Then apply a super moisturizer... clarin's hydrating lotion (dept store) is pretty good to try its expensive but its good or you can try cetaphil moisturizing lotion (drug store) this is dermatologist recommended stuff..Usually runs about 8 bucks

If you keep this up in a week or two you will see a big difference in your complexion. You will wonder why people dont know about the sulfur soap.. the key to this is not do it all the time.. but always do it after a good exfoliation of your skin followed buy moisturizing. Probably I would say 1-3 times a week depending on your skin.

Good Luck I know it worked for me.. but definately give it a try.

Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.

First of all dont use really hot water on your face, you will get little red veins. Use warm. The steam is opening the pores and so they fill up right away, unless you use astringent, or maybe splash cool water, not COLD. I use face creams, always have, and I dont consider that I have fake skin. try to get modern, use ponds or olay. cheap and good products. but first astringent to close the pores. wash as often as you can. make sure your sink is clean. You could go to a cosmetic type counter and ask there, they are a good help, thats what they are there for. good luck to you

Stop pressing, it causes them to go deeper.

Try washing twice a day with over-the-counter acne meds, then use salicylic acid in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night (all over the counter). You can use a face mask once a week and that will help. You can also see a dermatologist for a prescription and you can see an aesthetician to remove them for you.

If you don't believe me about pressing on them, try doing it to just one side of your face. You'll see how much worse you look afterward.

GNC's Mega Men vitamin prevents my breakouts even today. The ladies version is Ultra Mega Women's.

It was an unexpected side effect of the vitamin. Also, various things such as stress, hormones, and high fat intake may also cause breakouts. I even get several little pimples if I frequently drink Cranberry juice everyday. The vitamin prevents this as well. Strange huhn.
