I recently asked what a MPEG file was. Great answers everyone!?

Now I have another question; my DEFRAG report indicates a lot of fragmented files as MPEG. These are not video but DVD slideshows. I cannot get into the files, but the dates are back in Nov...can I delete these files without causing a problem?

If you don't want to watch the local copy of those slideshows on your PC any more, then you can delete them.
