while the rest of the collection she carries around with her, does it mean anything?

My 7-year-old neice collects stamps, and I found an ordinary stamp hidden amongst her things. And, I know for a fact that she purposely hid it. She shows off the rest of her collection of stamps. I don't understand why she does this. She's a lovable child, and gets plenty of attention, I think. Is she on the brink of OCD?

i dont think so.
at that age could be too many things!
perhaps she is just scared of that stamp, because of the picture or something, or "she had a fight with that stamp", or the stamp is grounded, or she just dont like it!

stamp collection is a hobby for some children,it reflect a sense of possession but not an obsession, may be she had an affinity to some special stamp for some reason, which is called sometimes the special object phenomenon,it is not a sign of mental disorder at this age,try to talk to her about that.
