Don't listen to the other responses (except for rosiemarie)!! Long hair like that is unique and beautiful. Not many people can grow their hair to such an incredible length.

braids and buns are good ideas. But just leaving it down is the best ;)

And don't listen to people who say to donate. Instead, do hair modelling and you can donate the money from that to charity if you so wish (BTW, I am a hobbyist photographer).

LOL but I agree. You're lucky to have such long hair in the first place! I know I wouldn't want to cut it off either if I had it, but there are a lot of women like me who PAY for our hair to be just inches longer than our own!

If you got all that, you may want to consider cutting a bit of it and selling it... You're hair would still be long, but shorter to where you could have a nice style without looking like Cousin IT™

I expect it's perfect the way it is! I had a friend when I was in grade school that I'll never forget because of her hair that came down to her knees. I've never let mine get past my hips (and I've REGRETFULLY cut it to my shoulders twice in the last 20 years). I would suggest that you be very careful with barrettes. They cause the hair to break off if they're sharp on the sides. And avoid sleeping with ponytail holders at the back of your neck. I've literally ruined some of the vertebrae in my neck from sleeping on those things. If you have to tie your hair back, please make sure you slide the ponytail holder down to where you don't feel it at your neck when you're laying down.

Back to your original question though... you might have someone French-braid it for you. I love that look when I can get someone to do it for me--can get it right when I try to do it myself. I also wore "pigtails" a lot when my twin sons were small. I'd have a son on each hip and they used them as ropes to hold on!!! It didn't hurt a bit and we got a lot of laughs from people who saw us. Note that any kind of braid, when left in long enough, will make waves in your hair.

No offense but that's just too long. I think that you should cut it, but since your use to long hair I wouldn't do something too extreme. I think you should cut it mid-length/shoulder bone length. If you have thin hair I would do some bangs, and layers.....just to give it body. But you know what you need to change it up, so I would cut the bangs and layers anyway. Good luck.

u have such nice hairs but if u still have problems,get them like a corporate look like high pony tails
u can also go for plaits and u shud apply hair oil to keep them safe
dont cut them-take care of them

i don't think there are any hairstyles for that length. i just can't see hair to the knees flattering. you need to see one of those makeover shows (i just saw an oprah one), the "after" (cut cut cut) is always better than keeping the cousin it look.
