To deny our impulses is to deny the very thing that makes us human.
All men at some age get interested in women, its common and is definitely not a problem.
Why do you want to "reduce or find alternative" to something that is a natural part of growing up?
Don't try to suppress it or it will grow more deep inside.
Its called the "forbidden fruit effect" the more you try to forbid something the more desirable it gets.
Understand it, don't turn away from it.
