not really but you could it's just the more you exercise

unfortunately the rate of perspiration is not an indicator of an increased metabolic rate. genetics, hydration levels, ambient room temperature, relative humidity, etc. are all factors.

try not to focus on how many calories are expended during training sessions. focus should be on performing the exercises properly using the target muscles throughout a full range of motion. the more efficient that you become at performing certain exercises then you will be able to perform more "work" during the same period of time. this is how your force your body to adapt to make continually progress. if doing cardio you want to travel a greater distance in the same period of time, with weights you need to either increase the load or the number of reps performed.

The amount of sweat does not correlate to the ammount of fat lost but it may be an indicator of the intensity of your workout. Sweating does get rid of toxins and imputities in the body so it's healthy for the body. Just make sure to drink lots of water to replace the lost fluids.

i would run/bike/swim for 45 min a day, fat will fall right of, plus eat smaller meals.
