Impossible. There is none good, no not one says the Word of God. Only God can do what you describe. And since you say that you do not believe anymore, I tend to wonder. May God Bless U. And what would make you a bit better of a person now that you don't believe.

I could not wake up tomorrow and not believe in God. From my experiences I know that he is real, and I can not change that. God has me in a process were I am getting better and better as time goes on, better heart, better wisdom, better courage. I would feel like my best friend and family member had died, if I could not be with God. I wouldn't even have a friend like God to see me through it all. See, I relate to God like God is a person. I do not think you reached that type of relationship. I really think you should try again. Peace.

I didn't stop believing in God, I fell away. Sure, I was the same person. But, my life was hell. Then, i realized my life wasn't like this when God was in charge. I am now well on my way to reuniting with God. Already life is better.

Once a person is saved he is always saved. He is saved by grace and not by works. He was not saved by whatever good he has done. Neither could he lose his salvation by whatever bad he could have done. His salvation is eternal. His forgiveness is eternal. The Holy Spirit comes to live inside of him as His holy temple forever. So your question cannot apply to a truly born again person. If you claim you have stopped believing you are not truly saved. You have yet to enjoy the true fruits of your salvation this is why you are the same. You may think that you are better by your own measure but not the measure of our Lord Jesus Christ. My prayer for you is to come to know Jesus in spirit and in truth.

Here's a little summary of my life's story. I was a good Catholic school boy, nice to everyone, then I hit 12, next thing I know I was atheistic and treating people like crap. Then as I grew older and matured I started looking into God again. He came to me and saved me and called me to do something huge, which is my little secret, but after he called me I became a much nicer and more loving person. So I would say Faith has made me better.

I've learned so many life lessons from being a believer and from reading Scripture. I've been a believer all of my life, it's hard to imagine how I'd be without belief in God.
This is something I've learned, and can't imagine living without:
"Be generous in prosperity, and thankful in adversity. Be worthy of the trust of thy neighbor, and look upon him with a bright and friendly face. Be a treasure to the poor, an admonisher to the rich, an answerer to the cry of the needy, a preserver of the sanctity of thy pledge. Be fair in thy judgment, and guarded in thy speech. Be unjust to no man, and show all meekness to all men. Be as a lamp unto them that walk in darkness, a joy to the sorrowful, a sea for the thirsty, a haven for the distressed, an upholder and defender of the victim of oppression. Let integrity and uprightness distinguish all thine acts. Be a home for the stranger, a balm to the suffering, a tower of strength for the fugitive. Be eyes to the blind, and a guiding light unto the feet of the erring. Be an ornament to the countenance of truth, a crown to the brow of fidelity, a pillar of the temple of righteousness, a breath of life to the body of mankind, an ensign of the hosts of justice, a luminary above the horizon of virtue, a dew to the soil of the human heart, an ark on the ocean of knowledge, a sun in the heaven of bounty, a gem on the diadem of wisdom, a shining light in the firmament of thy generation, a fruit upon the tree of humility."

Nexus...your not a better person. I have followed your questions and answers and while you seem very moderate in this question, you are usually a biligerant Christian and God basher and you seem very angry.
Personally, I would never wake up and stop believing in God. You don't know like I know what He's done for me. I'm sorry for you that for whatever reason you deny Him. He truly is a Awesome God and He made you and I. I know you have once known Him by the way you speak. Please acknowledge Him today and be careful. He said, "If you deny Him before men, He will deny you before the angels." It's very dangerous! I've been praying for you Nexus whether you like it or not. Jesus loves you and so do we! PEACE!!!

I became a bit more independent, I guess. And I became more accepting of other people. Now I can see how absurd it was for me to believe that my religion was right and every other religion, even the ones older than mine, were wrong.

I would study the Bible a lot more and get my belief back. It is hard to imagine not believing. For starters I wouldnt bother wasting my time on this site. I wouldn't attend church, and I would probably loose respect for a lot of people.
