I had the same goal...so I tried low sugar and low carb...IT WORKED! I lost almost 50 pounds...I wanted to look good when I turned 40 and I achieved that goal and have kept the weight off for almost three years now. I exercise a lot, and I still eat low carb but have added good carbs back into my diet...whole wheat bread, beans, veggies, low sugar fruits like strawberries, blueberries...the best thing to do is to find what works best for you. You might have to try a few different diets before you really hit on one that works for you...and don't stop the exercise. I did that in my 30s which lead to my big weight gain! Keep on trying, you can do and you will love it when you reach your goal.

Good Luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

exercise. eat healthy. stay away from the fads that so easily come and go. no diet plan is going to work anyway without exercise.

if your confused about what truly is healthy - take $50.00 and go pay a nutritionist a visit. it will be money well spent instead of shoveling out cash to some silly "guaranteed to work" diet plan.

p.s. i see those after me already listing the "fads" lol stay away from that and like i said - go see a nutritionist and get an exercise program together and commit to it.

You KNOW what you need to do...you just want someone to give you a magic pill! There isn't one!
Stop eating junk...eat fruit, veggies, and low fat proteins. Start exercising 3-5 times per week.

It's that easy. It's that hard.
