You need to let the dogs calm down and show that they're still loved and that the babies are just another few members of the family. If theyre not already, get them trained to help decrease the hyperactiveness. Good luck!

I would take the dogs to obedience school. Hyper dogs aren't the best with children. If you do introduce the dogs to the children, then I would suggest one dog at a time with only one child at a time. Have the dog on the leash at all times. Use treats to help the socialization of the child with the dog. Give the child the treat so they can give it to the dog. Also talk to your children and let them know that it's okay and that the dog is really happy. I don't know how old your babies are. So the treat thing will only work for older children 2-5. You can also try using a muzzle when the dog is around the child. This will keep the dog as quiet as possible and won't expose his teeth, which might scare your child. It is a slow process. My best to you.

Spaying gets rid of a canine's source of estrogen (intercourse and progress hormone) very rapidly. Whilst you discover her humping, tell her "No humping" in a very firm and low voice. That you can combine this with a squirt from a water gun. When she chases her tail, ignore her. Just let her do it and don't give her any awareness for this conduct. Be certain to play with her customarily. However, perpetually ignore the tail chasing behavior. Supply her a lot of bite toys to play with. I additionally advocate that you obedience training.

Start disciplining the dogs and I mean NOW!!! They should not be allowed to jump up or run around and knock over small children. I would suggest taking them to obedience class ASAP.
