EBAY offers lots of face plates, otherwise contact Pioneer.

You'll need to contact Pioneer directly. They use theft protection so one face plate will only work on the Head Unit it was purchased with.

If you still have the proof of purchase, you might be able to send it away and get a new one back w/face plate. They'll probably charge you for it though.
