If I'm not mistaken, it's when two people prick their fingers and press each other's fingers together. Of course, with all the blood-borne diseases that exist today, that's really not a smart idea.

Two people cut each other (usually in the palm of the hand) and then rub the wounds together.
However, its an easy way to get a disease like AIDS if youre not careful, and overall I wouldnt reccommend it.

You both cut yourselves and press the wounds together. Your blood mingles hers and hers with yours.
