If it doesn't seem to be bothering the kitten, leave it alone. Natural tears in the eye will help wash it out on its own. If it is bothering the kitten, a couple gentle drops of saline will help wash it out. Otherwise take it to the vet.

wash it out with plain water - just like you would do to your own eye if there was a bit of dust or lint caught in it. Would ot harm kitty at all.

Don't try to remove anything from your cats eye yourself.
By doing that you could scratch the cats cornea.
I wouldn't rush off to the Vet, but I would give them a call and tell them what you see in the cats eye and get their advice.
Good luck.

Cat's eyes seem to clear themselves most of the time. I would not try to remove it instead just watch and make sure it isn't bothering your cat. If it doesn't clear itself then call the vet.

Leave it alone. You could make it worse. As long as the kittie isn't acting bothered by it, it will be ok.
