I just got mine working in XP.

First, I thought, I'd just let the PnP wizard search the Internet for a driver. That worked, kind of. It let me pair with it, but it wasn't showing up as a headset.

So, I found this site:

http://www.broadcom.com/products/bluetooth_update.php

I downloaded it, let it install, it re-detected everything, then gave me a BSoD. After rebooting, it worked fine.

Hopefully, you won't get the blue screen. I haven't gotten a BSoD since, so maybe it was a fluke.
