A few times a day I have weird 'blackouts'. My doctor says he thinks it might be visual migraines, but I know that it isn't. Visual migraines last for 10-30 minutes. What happens to me is, I can be walking around and I'm fine, but a few seconds later I feel really hot, like I have a fever. Then a short while later I see black spots until all I see is black. Then my right side tingles a little and it's really weird. It doesn't last long, only about a minute. But it happens a few times a day. What could this mean?

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

You need to see a neurologist to find out what is going on. Make an appointment ASAP before something serious happens.

that used to happen to me when i was yougner if i was in a crowded place and/or hadn't eaten well that day. try to keep an apple or something with complex sugars on hand to eat if you arent feeling so well (light headed/ shaky/ nauseous). buy a blood sugar moniter and keep track.. i bet you have low blood sugar when those episodes occur. good luck to you.
