either you move out or they move out...I'm assuming you're both adults...then act like it.

Oh have I ever walked in your shoes 3 times in fact!! Try getting him/her to sit down & talk. As bad as it may feel, put the blame on yourself. Give him kind, uplifting praise about any pluses he's done you appreciate. Who's place is it? Can you leave? I told my ex's I am not in love with you anymore, I love you as a person/friend but NOT IN LOVE! Good luck, I know how hard it is!

Pack their stuff and have it waiting for them then when they get home say i have taken the liberty of packing your stuff now could you please move out. Depends on who's house it is too. Maybe the easier thing is for you to move out and go stay with your family or friends.

If the place is yours, owned/rented/leased, while he/she is out, put their stuff on the outside of your door and change the locks. If that's not you, just tell him/her to leave, because the love is gone.
