Hey guys,
I have a little question...
I am 20 years old and about to become 21 in about 5 months and I am starting to get a hair on my chest. I have very hairy legs, which I hate and want to do something, so that they regrow back but with a lot of amount instead looking like a gorilla. Now, I never worried about it, when for the past few months I started noticing hair growing on my chest. I have never had hair on my chest and this feels very uncomfortable. I know many say that women like men with hairy chest, although I personally can't stand hair on my chest, I want to get rid of it. I don't want to spend a lot of money on it.
I have been doing research and found some creams that are supposed to stop the growth of hair, but they have not been approved by FDA and therefore, I am not going to use them. They are called inhibators...

Also I looked at depilators and they are supposed to just dissolve the hair... don't know how that works though.

I don't want to shave my chest, since I think that the hair is going to grow back a lot thicker, like on my face and that would look just nasty...
And waxing too, I think that the hair might grow back darker and a lot thicker. I am not very tall and therefore having all that hair would just make look disgusting... I personally can't have that.
Could you please help with any advice?

I'll start from the bottom-up with your message.

Depilitories do a kind of chemical burn and will remove the hair to just below the skin if you use it correctly, then you wipe the cream off and the hair goes with it. It can be dangerous though if you discover you're allergic to it. You shouldn't use it until you've chosen a small test spot and use a small bit, following the directions. If you're allergic to it, you can have a variety of reactions, including a chemical burn on your skin which not only looks horrible and takes a long time to heal, but burns.

Shaving will give you similar results that you get to shaving your face. It's going to grow back and when it does, unless you do it regularly, your shirt will cause you to itch when the hair is just breaking through the skin.

Waxing is your best bet. When done correctly, the hair takes a lot longer to grow back (up to 6 or 8 weeks!) because it's actually pulled out by the roots. AND, it grows back finer, lighter, and softer each time you repeat the process. Just make sure you follow the directions, don't get the wax too hot, and pull the waxing sheets in the correct direction and quickly, otherwise, you can take skin with it, and trust me, that hurts! I did that to one of my legs once. Doing it yourself hurts less than letting someone else do it and gritting your teeth also helps.

Those electrical hair removers (like epilady and others) work well, too, and are less messy, but I got better results with hot wax. By the way, you can get "wax" that's actually a sugar mix that works cold.

Personally, as a woman, I love men with hair shirts (chest only, not furry backs!), but it's your chest, so do as you please. Just be careful with whichever way you choose to do it.

actually, if you wax, the hair will grow back less and less. Its because you are pulling it out by the root. Hair can't grow if there is no root. DON'T shave it. It will grow back thicker and all prickly. You can buy over the counter wax kits that you don't even have to heat up. You just rub the strips between your hands, stick them on and pull them off in the opposite direction of the hair growth. It hurts like hell though.

Shes possibly purely mad reason she consistently gotta shave her legs, armpits..bush.. you are able to shave it... If u shave it it's going to be a discomfort interior the a s s!!! it will develop lower back without postpone and you will ought to shop up with it. you are able to wax it final longer than shaving, yet hurts like a b i t c h Hair removing cream hardly ever works and it smells undesirable yet thats selection 3.

Most hair removal methods are temporary and painful.
Many people prefer to make their body and facial hair less noticeable by bleaching.

personally i think hairy chests are N-A-S-T-Y!!

waking usually makes the hair thinner and it takes longer to grow back since it pulls the hair totally out and most people make it sound like it hurts but it doesnt unless you are waxing something sensitive but it most likley wont hurt as bad on your chest ((or legs))

GOOD LUCK

The more you wax the thinner it will become.......some girls like hairy men......just be thankful that you have hair.
