What agency responded to your accident -
Police ? Sheriff's Office? Highway patrol?
call their records department tomorrow - will probably cost a couple of dollar to get a copy - may take a few days to actually get filed - SO
call before you go - it may not be there yet !

Like the other guy said call the records section of wherever the accident happened, unless some outside agency investigated it. For Example, LAPD or the CHP or the LASO might have taken the report. Just try to remember what agency took the report and ask them. Our reports for accidents went up to $10.00.
It varies depending on where you are.

Go to the station that took the report down and ask them for it..Its usually a couple of pages and will cost you about five dollars..By law you have a right to it..Im sure it wont be a problem getting it..But look it over and make sure all the FACTS are right..
