Where can I buy waxed paper?
Rolls of waxed paper seem to no longer be available from my local supermarkets. I have tried Franklins, Coles & Woolies. Is this yet another (old fashioned) item (like junket tablets) that has been discontinued?

Coles and Safeway both have waxed paper or grease proof paper, need to look where the glad wrap, foils and paper bags are, ask staff if you have trouble finding it.

Or contact Multix on 1800 335 125 , who sell grease proof paper

The other option is to use Glad baking paper, very similar in feel and appearance.

waxed paper is also called grease proof paper and this is around, you are right about junket tabs though I havn't been able to find them either

I think you could substitute junket tabs by using milk and arrowroot powder, try it and let me know

I am in Coffs harbour and can't buy any anywhere, everyone has grease proof but not waxed, so frustrating and the young don't understand the difference.
cheers
