I love the way the Victoria Secrets models hair looks, the loose tossled waves. I read to get this look you use velcro rollers. Anyone know if velcro rollers will give that effect? If not what will?

Velcro rollers absolutely can do the trick. Let me give you some pointers. Obviously the looser the wave you want, the larger the roller you should use. Not sure how long your hair is, but that affects the size of the roller - you don't want to get a roller that your hair won't even fit around once! You'll need to get some small metal clips to hold them on your head. (I recommend what they call hide-away clips - they slip all the way inside the roller, so they they don't get in the way. You can probably find these at any general beauty supply). You'll want to take sections of your hair that are almost as long as the roller and aren't much thicker than the diameter of the roller. Spray both the front and back of the hair section with hair spray. Use the roller kind of like a comb and start in the middle of the section, combing to the ends. Make sure the very ends are wrapped on the roller and roll down to scalp. Then clip and let sit in hair for ten or so min. You can use a hairdryer to shoot some heat at them too to make them hold even longer, just make sure it's on low-power, but med-high heat. When they're ready to come out, unclip each roller and roll them out. Voila!

Try the large plastic rollers. Roll your hair and keep them in place with these silver clips made for them. If you can't find them, use bobby pins. Roll your hair wet, then either blow or air dry. The rollers are cheap, try a beauty supply store or even Wal-Mart.

From personal experience...velcro rollers do not work. They are really hard to take out! I think a large curling iron will give you a better look and even a better hold. I also think its quicker to use the curling iron too.
