She might or might not.
Her nipples are getting bigger because she's going thru her heat.
A dog's gestation period is of 59-63 days. It's really hard to tell if one is pregnant until she reaches her 5-6 week of gestation.
If the litter is a welcomed one, then in about four weeks, you should take her to the vet, and have an ultrasound taken, it'll tell you for sure if she is or not, and how many puppies she's carrying.
Make sure no vaccines are given to her while she's pregnant, in order to avoid birth defects. Feed her a good balanced puppy chow, from now until about two/three weeks after she'll wean the pups.
If the pregnancy is not welcomed, you must take her to the vet in the morning, they can give her an abort shot. The only problem with that, is that she'll be back in heat in couple of months, instead of the usual 6 months period. Or you can have spayed.

please read what i have to say. You must think about your dog's health, and if you don't want her to have pups, then you need to get her spayed, immediately. Females that don't get spayed can get mammery cancer later in life, and that's the least of your worries. I just lost my beloved shih-tzu last october from an infection of her uterus called Pyometra. It is deadly, and i didn't even know what it is, until it was too late. It had spread too much and before they could do surgery, she was gone. :(
Please consider this, and if you really love your dog, you need to do this. This spaying will prolong her life, and prevent a devastating time in yours. So if you don't want her to have puppies, or really aren't thinking about her having puppies but think "if she gets pregnant, so be it", then please think about what this post says. It's a deadly serious matter that you need to consider, and you need to pass this information on to anyone you know who has a female dog.
As for the signs that your dog has something noticibly different about her, then you need to find out from a vet what's going on. But please consider what i've said here. thanks!

Why have you not spayed her by now? There is no reason to have not have her spayed. There are too many dogs in shelters right now because irresponsible owners have not spayed\neutered there pets. Take her to the Vet, and have her checked, and if shes not pregnant, get her spayed!!!!

She could be pregnant, most likely.
She will probably start vomiting in the mornings, if not dont worry.
She probably- (closer to the last few days) will start making a nest, scratching at places on where to have her babies.
She will also get larger at the stomach AND the ribs.
hope this helps!
Oh and it takes around 3 months (gestation)

If she was spayed, this would NOT have happened.
How irresponsible of you to let this happen.
When females are in heat, they should not be allowed anywhere near other dogs, ESPECIALLY males!!
Geesh, some people should not even have dogs!!
Take her to the vet.

YES! After she weans her pups, get her spayed so this doesn't happen again.
