Soap is a good choice. for a specific pimple, you can put a bit of tooth-paste on the blemish to help shrink the zit. You need to wash your face regularly to get rid of acne, as part of the problem is clogged pores, and the pores are clogged with oil and dirt. You also need a light moisturizer, as dry skin can clog pores as well. Occasionally, you can use bacitracin, as the acne can be a small infection.
Hot water, to open a zit, is useful, but DO NOT PICK! It leaves scars. The hot water on a wash cloth can help clean out the pores, and reduce the size of a blatant zit.

Make-up is the worst thing you can do! All though it might boost your confidence, it makes it so much worse. You need to stop wearing it, or if not, make sure you take it off every night. Toothpaste is good to put on your spots, as it dries them out. If your acne is really bad and severe, you really need to do something about it! Then you can go to the dermatologist to prescribe you Accutane or acne drugs that could help you get rid of your acne.

Why don't you want to use face wash?
You could just use a clean rag and water.
Wipes.
Wash your face in the shower.
Drink lots of water! Eat healthy! It will help your skin all around.
If you have really bad acne, washing your face is worth it!! Try ProActiv or Neutrogena or something, it's awesome!!
That's all I got.

While this may not 'get rid' of them completely, over a period of weeks, this will cleanse your pores so you don't get them as much (rather than just getting rid of the ones you've got with cream). After a shower, your pores are open and brerathing. Rub lemon juice onto your face. This will clean them out!
