Not Demo Teams Ok, I'm Talking About A Full-On Dance Troupe That Uses Martial Arts In Their Choreography Depending On The Music, They Use Whatever Martial Arts Fits The Performance, And Since Fluidity Is Part Of The Package, Jumping From One Discipline To Another Mixing, And Switching Would Really Showcase The Creativity And Flow Of The Performance And The Dancers. Anybody Seen This Done? Or Does It Even Exist?

My girls have performed flag drills at competition, for TALL FLAG SHOW and THE THREE MINUTE FLAG. Been there. Have seen some great choreography involving martial arts moves, with some great music. Those teams division was HIP-HOP. This is with the IDTA, they have a website, with their rules. Illinois Drill Team Association

Like the other people have been saying it's your choice but what I would do is both. That way if you find out martial arts isn't for you then you don't have to worry about getting back into dance. Also the dance exercises will help the power in your kicks a lot.
