If you are getting pain in neck, shoulder and also pain running down your arm would suggest the problem is a possible prolapsed disc in the neck. This type of injury can take months to settle because the inflamation round the disc area could possibly be trapping nerve which will cause you acute pain in the areas mentioned

no it w'd slowly come out of ur ears.ur DR w'd give u the softener solution when pouring into ur ears.
