"Bar" is a slang term for the prescription drug xanax (pronounced Zan-ex). It's an anxiety relieving drug, and has a calming, relaxing effect, and can be intoxicating. The "bar" comes in four sections, and is long and skinny. When mixed with alcohol, the drug can cause black-out. I would suggest only taking if your prescribed it.
