Who is that angle that's dressed up with kinda like an armor?Im pretty sure they stand for strenght or courage.And is it a He or a She?Cause they look like a girl.

In the Linux world, Satan is a port scanner that checks for open ports. Gabriel is the program that checks for Satan attacks. So I think the answer is Gabriel. Those Linux guys are usually pretty smart when it comes to naming things appropriately. So it's a pretty good bet.
