first i would say throw that stuff in the garbage. i mean canned soup and cheese food product are never the start to a good recipe. make a cheese sauce with you pepper jack, milk, and a roux. mix in your broccoli. and then crush your crackers with melted butter and put it on top. then bake until its done

You can use crushed potato chips, tortilla chips, broken crackers and bread ends. Season with Mrs. Dash and toast these in a low temp oven, let cool, and then put in a food processor to make bread crumbs. Perfect economical solution to a crunchy tooping for any casserole. Good Luck!

I was thinking... would CHEEZE-ITZ work? I mean, they're flavored with seasoning already... so why not? And.. um... I don't know... but what about fries? Think about it, it's like a new thing besides chili cheese fries... this one would have brocolli and cheese. Or... just crumbling some tortilla chips would work. =)

That would be good. :)
Or, you could try those crunchy onion strips that people put on top of green bean casserole.
