You're too young to be focusing on losing that much weight, and no, there is no (safe) way to lose 10 pounds in a week. You would have to starve and dehydrate yourself, and you'd end up looking terrible.

It is easy to lose ten lbs in a week but you need to cut out unneccery food and drink, think like a caveman and eat a little throughout the day instead of big meals and drink only water and lowfat milk.

Drink a fourth of a cup of vinegar before every meal, that helps your metabolism speed up, but it dont work in a week. Losing weight that fast is very dangerous, so please do not attempt it. Be safe about things.

eat 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and a glass of water then for a snack 5 fat free saltines and fetta cheese sliced on the 5 crackers then for lunch all of the above then dinner eat two slices of ittalian bread that you can get at special bakerys called pullessy or how ever you say it toast it then cut up sum tomatoes and mix them with vinegar and put it on the bread and put on some pepper then also the cracker thing and run everyday and do situps and whenever you are thirsty drink water only water

you cant lose 10 lbs in a week
but try this excersice its really good for your stomach too and do bicicle crunches, regular crunches, one leg up in the air crunches (then switch and do the other leg) and both legs up in the air crunches

go on the tuna/ oatmeal diet !!!!
I did it for wrestling back in high school, lost 11 pounds in 4 days
breakfast have oatmeal with soy milk measure it, half cup soy milk, half cup oatmeal
for lunch have half a tin of tuna
for dinner have the other half and have a salad as well
