Please, try to eat more than that-in the way of meals. To start your day, have breakfast-it doesn't have to be eggs, etc. It can be-but doesn't Have to be. You can have dinner or luch foods for breakfast. Healthy foods--the good stuff-salads, chcken, fish (salmon is really good for you). Some beef. If you get hamburger for spaghetti, etc., please, if you can afford it, get the leaner ground beef. Use olive oil to cook with. It's a monosuaturated fat-the healthiest around. Canola oil is good too. If you can afford it, and have one in your area, a subway shop sandwich is really good. Fruits, veggies, some meats, cheeses, etc. are good to eat on a regular basis. Cereal, like cheerios, etc. is good to eat. When you eat carbs (breads, etc.) please try to eat some protein with it. Complex carbs with protein, really are longer lasting for energy, etc. Chicken-fried is okay-just remove the skin before eating it. Roasted chicken is good too. Yes, potatoes are healthy, so is rice. Sourdough bread is good. Wheat bread, etc.. Instead of having french fries with fish (fish & chips) have a salad, or coleslaw in it's place. Or a roll. And, eat more of the fish than the breading-some is okay. Everything in moderation. The best, healthiest diet is the diabetic exchange diet. It's normal eating, with caloric intake figured for size of servings. I hoope this helps you. Take care.

You need to eat a decent breakfast. Your power bar isn't enough. Try cereal and fruit, yogurt, toast with peanut butter.
Your problem here is eating alot at 8:30pm. Cut backon the amount you eat.
Check out the Food Pyramid for more info.

Well, I would say eat salads and fruits. you can get hungry in couple of hours but it's ok to eat again (salads and fruits) since its healthy and no carbs and calories but choose appropriate dressings (fat free). Get fat free stuff or choose things that has low carbs, low sugar and low calories.
Since looks like you do exercise I think its ok to not get everything fat free once in a while, just for the taste and that you don't get bored with the same food.
Also, avoid sodas if you drink them, its got the most carbs and sugar you can imagine.

Hi my friend
Take nutritious food. Take foods wich are rich in vitamins. Don't eat much and dump your stomach at night times. Eat good at morning, reduce the quantity of food in aftrn. At night you better take fruits as your food. Try eating foods that are made out of wheat instead of taking foods out of rice. Don't try think in terms of a "diet" which is such something temporaily, but rather think of a "healthy eating plan". The following article will help you get started
http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/m_111175/mpage_1/tm.htm
I highly recommend you join their site, and you can ask questions on your "eating plan", and people can help you improve it etc.

Basically you can eat everything other than the shelf-life foods. (Shelf-life food is anything that can be preserved for long time periods, like frozen food, canned food, packaged food, chips, bars, etc.)
