Very astute, it ties in with the plague of Exodus of which Exodus foreshadowed the 'plaguge' talked of here in Revelation.
The difference here is clarified by the phrase 'I saw three unclean expressions LIKE FROGS'. These expressions symbolize the propaganda that is used to manipulate human rulers into opposing God. They come from the 'dragon' (Satan) and the 'wild beast' (Satan's earthly political system). Yet here they come from the mouth of the 'false prophet'. This false prophet, is previously mentioned as the wild beast with two horns (Rev. 13:11-14) because this creature acted as a prophet for the wild beast. Later in Rev. 19:20, this false prophet performs in front of the wild beats signs to mislead those that received the mark of the beast.

The words and sentences use a river and frogs, but that is no direct connection to "plague" in any of the translations. In Fact the Oxford Study Bible goes out of its way to state this has nothing to do with exod 7-11.

If you want the truth about the Bible...ask a Pagan of the Lore.
