The weird thing is, I just suddenly cry AT RANDOM. When I try to
go to sleep, my eyes just fill with tears, even though I'm not depressed, stressed, sad... What's making me do this?

Is there any accompanying emotion or not?

I find that if I am in bed, awake but reading, if my eyes start to tear up (for no reason) then I know I will fall asleep within 20 minutes, regardless of whether the light is still on or not.

It's usually my cue to book the book down so it doesn't fall when I fall asleep. I hate losing my place in a book lol

I've heard of medications causing crying spells. Starting or quitting medication can also have 'special' effects. If you're on any meds, perhaps you should ask your doctor if what you are experiencing is a side-effect or interaction with another med.

it could also be something about ur eyes! i had a friend who had something on his left eye, so as you say he would randomly cry on that eye!!!...it was weird, so you could have that on both eyes.

or besides ur kinda blocked on ur problems or past. but ur inner u is trying to tell you that something is wrong and needs to get out u know???

It can be self pity, or feel sorry for a situation you are in.
