I want to lose my stomach. I run a mile every evening. I started to eat more because I would only eat about twice a day. So now I am eating more and more healthy. I just want some tips on how to lose my stomach fast. Military Ball is coming up and I want to ask that special someone to go with me looking the best I can. I just cant express how much I really want this done. Please keep in mind I have a bad knee so any longer than a mile of running wont do. I do push ups and sit ups plus crunches I just cant do this. Tips PLEASE!!!

Make sure that when you're running, that you aren't out of breathe. Pain is not good, Sweat is though. If you're out of breathe then your doing anaerobic exercise. Don't becomed obsessed with situps, situps will only give you a six-pack, but it will be covered up by any fat you may have. So in short, sit-ups nice but not good at getting rid of the flab. Don't run for too long, your body will go into a conservation mode and it will start you're body won't burn fat, it will start burning sugar. Don't run out of breathe it defeats the purpose of jogging. If you ever run outa breathe, just slow down (Don't Stop) and stick to a speed thats gets you sweating.

DON'T GIVE UP! The first and most important thing is to keep trying. Running is good and so is eating healthy. With your push-ups, sit-ups and crunches each day you could try adding about 10 more and slowly progress. That'll help alot! Maybe try yoga or dancing to! But just cuz you maybe have a tummy doesn't mean that they guy you want to ask won't say yes! If he is a really good man he will like you for who you are and not what your dress size is!

definitely eating and dieting right is the key. and like ur doing less food wont necesarily be better for losing weight. lots and lots of water. no soda or fast food. keep running, and every time u run try to run that mile a little bit faster than u did the time before. u get in a race with yourself and it can become wuite challenging.

A good colon cleanse would signifcantly reduce your belly. Do a search on line for The Master's Cleanse. My friend did this for 2 weeks and her stomach was SUPER FLAT at the end of the time period.

Try riding a stationary bike.

Cut down calories, eat more frequently (small meals) throughout the day.

Wear a girdle. If he doesn't accept you for who and how you look then forget him. Someone will. You can only continue to do ab exercises and hold your stomach in while doing them.
