No I don't think it is ok to have a fling when you are in a relationship. Don't be in a relationship if you want to mess around.

they in a relationship with the baby's father??, another man?? what kind of relationship?

depending on the kind of relationship u talking about, if its a love relationship, going for a fling it out of the question.

I don't think it is okay to have a fling if you are in a relationship period. If you add a child to the mix, I would be even more against it, because the aftermath could cause that child to be less one active parent.

If you know someone who is considering a fling and they are already in a relationship, then it is called cheating!!!! Hello!!! Get a clue. Married or not, cheating is still cheating.

Baby or not, if you have a fling while you're in a relationship, you're cheating. So, no, it's NOT ok! With a baby, it makes you doubly irresponsible, untrustworthy and a general dirt-bag.

Why be in a relationship if you want to have a fling....? I don't get it. If you love someone little enough to cheat on them, then you love them little enough to say it's over...

Do the couple live together? Do they each consider the other to be their boyfriend or girlfriend? If so then no, it would be cheating. If they are only friends who see each other only in the presence of the child and for the purpose of the child (such as doctor visits, visitation etc) then I'd say they aren't a couple and both should date other people.
