It says how fasting is very healthy, etc. Are the facts correct?

I didn't even get half way through, before I realised it is all BS.

Seriously, if you fasted for a month, you would lose a tonne of muscle and not a lot of fat. Then when you went back to eating normally, you would gain all the weight back, but this time it would be all fat! It doesn't take a genius to figure out that you will end up being fatter than when before started and what is the point of that?

HTH : )

No, it is very unhealthy. You are depriving your body of necessary nutrients. All you do by fasting is lose water weight. You might feel light headed and dizzy, and you will lack energy.

If you have any health problems like hypoglycemia or diabetes, you can do serious damage.

Well... the problem with that "facts" is that they are limited to, place of test? because altitude? temperature of that day? driver weight? and.. lots of other factors. To get a better approach with facts for YOU, I mean for your city, your weight, your ___ and your ___... and so on, you can use a car/bike performance simulator[1] there you can virtually add any car/bike and run tests to find out your numbers for any test, even weird tests like 43mph to 124mph or whatever

NONONONONO
Your body needs proper nutrition. Don't abuse yourself this way. It can be dangerous.
