well i put it on but im not sure if its woking correctly... is there any specific type you recomend.. or any specific type i SHOULDNT use????

please... HELP!!!!!

Hmm.. that depends on what you are putting toothpaste on? :)

If you are speaking of on your teeth any kind will do ask you dentist for more instruction.

If you are talking about on a zit, then white is recommended over the gel toothpaste. Dab a small amount on, let it dry, then rinse it off. . And I wouldn't recommend leaving it on for too long, it can dry out you skin, and according to some people 'burn you' (although I'm not sure if this is true).

Pimples? I'm assuming that because this question is under "skin conditions." =)

I don't know a specific brand, but I've always heard PASTE not GEL.

Just dab some on and leave it on overnight, but I wouldn't reccomend using this approach too often. It can dry out your skin .. and sometimes it has no affect on the pimple.

ur toothbrush should be medium soft n u must brush ur teeth vertically inner n outer ur teeth.the toothpaste is darlie double action contains full fluoride protection.

are you talking about putting it on your zits? you didn't say. anyway, i don't think it really matters, but you can just use the cheapest kind. it works fine too.
