That is an excellent question. My husband was extremely sick but i took care of him at home. How will I have evidence in this case. Thank God I didn't give my grandson the peanut butter he is only 4 years old and he would have been hospitalized if he got half as sick as my husband.

Good grief, no. I am so sick of people starting lawsuits over stupid crap like that. Nobody died, nobody got sick for more than a few days. I threw out two half-eaten jars. I didn't even bother to get my money back. I prefer my costs to be low, thank you very much.

no. some people are so greedy. i read on cnn yesterday about a family who already filed a lawsuit against one of the peanut butter companies.

Did you eat it and get sick, or are you just trying to keep all of our costs artificially high by jumping on the lawsuit bandwagon?

no. we just returned the peanut butter (we were smart enough not to open it after the recall) and got our money back..hehe but we are sneaky and took it back to the wrong place and got more money.:D lol jk but we should have
