Dear friend, mind in our body is just like engine in a car and we can do everything by the help of mind providing to have control over it . I mean we should focuse on the stuff we want it to be done and think over it repeadtly

I'll never know for sure but in my 14 years of life, i have never bent a spoon with my mind, no matter how many times i tried when i was younger
