just be easier to create the earth. Why a vast Universe. Why other planets. What decoration? Also, I find it weird that God is heavenly and why bother with the whole earth in the first place. Make us prove ourselves on the same plane of existance we are going to end up. Seems like if there is a god, he is just having fun with creating a planet.

"I have other sheep which are not of this flock."
God is worshipped by all of the Heavenly Hosts. Surely that means that Space is filled with intelligent life!

Psalms 147:4,5 "He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name. Great is our Lord and mighty in power: his understanding has NO limit.

Unfortunately or fortunately however you choose to look at it, our understanding is very limited. I would assume that God made the heavens to show us his glory and power. Psalms 19:1 "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands."

Genesis 3:8 "Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden.

This verse would suggest that God had a personal relationship with Adam and Eve before they sinned. We were originally intended to live forever in the companionship with God. God and Sin can not co-exsist. It is like oil and water. Romans 6:23 says, "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. John 14:6 says,"Jesus answered, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me."

right this is the rub: little question, there could be no faith! the two are basically like the north and south poles on a magnet - you won't be in a position to have one without the different. the only element that could erase doubt is awareness. With awareness, you do no longer choose for faith, and you consistently seek for extra awareness, which erases extra doubt, which kills slightly extra faith. it relatively is a vicious cycle in its way. it relatively is why you have unfastened will. So, you may choose for despite if to bypass via faith (alongside with doubt) or get on the treadmill of having further and extra awareness. forget approximately approximately devil and lucifer - those ARE thoughts. they do no longer seem in the Bible, and have by no potential been area of religious perception (regardless of the actuality that a large type of folk have self belief them). Adam and Eve are additionally a narrative, however the purpose of that tale replaced into to furnish a logical putting out to the saga that brought about Christ and his sacrifice on the bypass. via all potential learn the bible - it relatively is a e book with very many truths disguised as thoughts. examine it jointly with your soul's eye, the attention that could enable you notice God, or a minimum of understand despite if he exists or no longer. in case you do, you will see that the fictions are no longer significant, however the meanings in the back of those fictions are actual. there is yet another element, some thing that many faiths as techniques of residing state one way or yet another: awareness isn't information! Take that into attention too.

You will probably get alot of hair-brained explanations, but the never-fail answer to all questions about God's motives is:
"We cannot understand the mind of God and why He does certain things, we must trust in His judgement and be faithful in His decisions."

What a load of crapola.

I don't think we will ever understand the mind of God.

I do wonder though....where does the universe begin?

Ah, and now you start to see the holes.

Or maybe God just realized that the big, black universe could've used a little color.
