I'm in love with this guy who wants different things than me. I don't wanna complicate it more by becoming sex buddies so I try and seperate so .....now what?

good decision. just keep this guy as a friend, you know like a stand by, in case you ever feel like having breezy sex. but shift your focus on another guy,the one who will also fulfill your emotional needs.

first lots of sex then not anymore but still hanging around is difficult but it happens all the time
people remain friends but get bored with the sex because there is no love involved
be friends ,why not
everybody should have friends try talking together ,it may be better than you imagine

Pretty easy if you're both having good relationships with other people.
Otherwise, hard.
Why not keep him as a sex buddy while you're looking for the guy who'll settle down with you?
